Daysol Coffee Lab

Daysol Coffee Lab is a specialty coffee roastery and café founded by friends Bert Davis and Peter Solis — whose names inspired the brand’s “Da Y Sol” identity — located at 2616 3rd Ave S in Birmingham, Alabama’s Lakeview District, inside a former brewery building. Head roaster and co-founder Bert Davis carefully sources and roasts single-origin and blended beans in-house, offering espresso drinks, specialty lattes, cold brews on tap, and house-made syrups within an 8,000-square-foot, brewery-inspired space. The shop also hosts live events, features rotating local artist exhibitions, and serves as a community gathering space for everything from casual mornings to private events.
