June Coffee is a locally owned specialty coffee roaster and café located at 213 25th Street North in downtown Birmingham, Alabama, founded by industry veteran Jimmy Truong. Originally launched as Epilogue Coffee Roasters in 2018, the business supplied beans to local Birmingham restaurants before rebranding and opening its brick-and-mortar café in June 2022 — housed in a renovated downtown building formerly used as a woodworking shop. June is known for its house-made syrups, seasonally rotating drink menus, fresh pastries, and a commitment to quality and community, reflecting Truong’s mission to give back to the Birmingham food and beverage scene that shaped him.
