Bluff Park Coffee Collective

Bluff Park Coffee Collective is a community-focused coffee shop located at 759 Shades Mountain Plaza in Hoover, Alabama, that opened in April 2024 as a shared space uniting two local businesses — Daysol Coffee Lab and Good Neighbor Baking. The venture was founded by Bluff Park residents Bert Davis, who launched Daysol Coffee Lab in 2019, and Ramsey Nuss, who founded Good Neighbor Baking in 2020, after the two connected on social media and bonded over a shared love of their neighborhood. Together, they offer specialty espresso drinks crafted from freshly roasted beans alongside made-from-scratch pastries, with the mission of creating a welcoming gathering place for the Bluff Park and greater Hoover community.
