Pike Road Coffee

Pike Road Coffee is a locally owned bakery-brunch-coffee shop located at 569 Pike Road in Pike Road, AL, founded by Greg and Karen Lipscomb, long-time residents of the community. The shop serves fresh-roasted, responsibly sourced coffee, house-baked French pastries, breakfast and lunch items, and a full espresso bar — all made from scratch. Driven by a desire to create a welcoming “third space” for the Pike Road community, the Lipscombs built the business with a mission to bring neighbors together over quality food and coffee.
