Cala Coffee Cahaba Heights

Cala Coffee Cahaba Heights is a locally owned specialty coffee roastery and café located at 3950 Autumn Lane in the Cahaba Heights neighborhood of Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Founded by Josh and Melania Cosio, the business began in 2021 with a mobile coffee cart before growing into a brick-and-mortar café — their original location — offering locally roasted coffee, specialty drinks, teas, and pastries in a modern, welcoming space that features a glass-visible roasting area. In addition to the café, Cala Coffee operates a second location in downtown Birmingham and provides mobile coffee cart catering for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
