Jitters… Where Coffee Is An Art is a family-owned coffee shop located at 11401 Old Glenn Hwy #107 in Eagle River, Alaska, that has served the community since opening in 1994. Founded by Dennis and Linda Johnson — whose roots in Eagle River date back to 1971 — the café grew out of an art gallery and custom frame shop called Picture This, carrying the art theme forward through monthly revolving art shows and displays by local artists and students. The shop serves locally roasted Kaladi Coffee, house-baked pastries, breakfast burritos, and grab-and-go items sourced from local Anchorage and Eagle River makers, and features a cozy interior with a handcrafted rock fireplace alongside a charming 1949 Ford Railway Express truck converted into a drive-through.
