Casita Coffee

Casita Coffee is a Latino-owned specialty coffee shop in Gilbert, Arizona, founded by Ana and Saul Herrera — both Arizona State University alumni — who set out to bring Latino coffee culture to the East Valley. What began as a mobile coffee cart at the Gilbert Farmers Market has grown into a brick-and-mortar café at 7 E. Palo Verde St., serving seasonally inspired, Latin-flavored drinks such as their signature Café de Olla alongside classic espresso offerings. Rooted in a mission of cultural representation and community connection, the Herreras have become celebrated local entrepreneurs, earning recognition from the Town of Gilbert during Hispanic Heritage Month for uplifting Latino culture in the community.
