Blue House Coffee

Blue House Coffee Roasters is a Phoenix-based small-batch coffee roaster and café, founded in Flagstaff, Arizona in 2012 before relocating to the Valley, where it launched with a handmade 400-pound cold-brew bicycle cart near Arizona State University. The company operates a café in downtown Phoenix at 435 N. 5th Street, participates in local farmers markets across the Valley, and offers mobile espresso services, cold-brew on tap, and nationwide coffee subscriptions — and notably became the first coffee company in Arizona to serve cold-brew on tap via kegs. Deeply committed to sustainability, Blue House powers its roasting facility with solar panels, offsets its carbon footprint through tree planting and carbon capture, donates coffee ground compost to the Garfield Community Garden, and sources 50% of its coffee directly from farmers — including from its own farm in Costa Rica.
