The Coffee Builders

The Coffee Builders is a specialty coffee shop and café located at 901 S. 7th St. in Phoenix’s Warehouse District, opened in August 2023 by founder Thomas Porter — a woodworker, metalworker, and restaurant millwork designer who hand-built the interior using his own craftsmanship. The shop is known for its inventive, rotating-themed menus, globally inspired dishes like Danish-style Smørrebrød open-faced sandwiches, and elevated specialty coffee drinks made with locally sourced, organic ingredients where possible.
