WeBe Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop and in-house roastery that opened in January 2023, located at 15244 N. Cave Creek Rd. in North Phoenix, Arizona. Founded on a philosophy of approachable specialty coffee, WeBe specializes in small-batch roasting using high-quality, specialty-grade beans and offers a menu ranging from classic espresso drinks to inventive seasonal creations — all crafted in a clean, open café environment with a roaster positioned at the center of the space. Committed to sustainability and community, WeBe sources from environmentally and ethically responsible farms, supports local vendors and pastry makers, and works to minimize waste through ceramic drinkware, LED lighting, compostable packaging, and donating used coffee grounds to local composters.
