Light Heart Coffee is a independently owned coffee shop founded in April 2022 by four friends — Caleb and Moriah Holland and Elliott and Maddi Morris — with its original location at 6969 E. Shea Blvd. in Scottsdale, Arizona. The shop serves a creative menu of coffee and non-coffee beverages, including specialty lattes, espresso tonics, and signature drinks like the Berry Cobbler and The Tea Party, all crafted with an emphasis on unique flavor profiles and thoughtful presentation.
