Airship Coffee at Coler is a one-of-a-kind open-air café nestled within the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve in Bentonville, Arkansas, accessible only by foot or bicycle via the surrounding trail system. Founded by Mark and Amber Bray, Airship began as an independent roasting operation in 2008 — with the owners roasting beans in a garage popcorn popper after working on sustainable agriculture projects with coffee growers in Central America — before opening their first retail café in 2018 and launching the Coler location in 2020. Part coffee shop, part restaurant, and part beer garden, the Coler outpost serves specialty coffee, craft beer, and food amid mountain bike trails and native landscaping, making it a beloved gathering spot for locals, riders, and visitors alike.
