Airship Coffee at the Pumphouse

Airship Coffee at the Pumphouse is an independently owned specialty coffee café located in one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in downtown Bentonville, Arkansas, operated by founders Mark and Amber Bray — who launched Airship in 2018 after years of working on sustainable agriculture projects with coffee growers in Central America. The Pumphouse location, which opened in 2023, is set inside a historic 1954 building originally built to pump water from Ford Springs to the city, later repurposed as a Head Start facility, and thoughtfully restored by Airship while preserving its original character. The café features Airship’s most extensive kitchen to date, offering a globally inspired culinary menu, an expanded bakery, craft cocktails, and signature specialty coffee roasts, and is designed to serve as a true neighborhood gathering place, even offering a discount to guests who walk or bike rather than drive.
