Confident Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned, purpose-driven specialty coffee company and bakery founded by Amber Dietrich, who drew on over 15 years of operations experience and training at the Academy of Coffee Excellence before launching the brand in Northwest Arkansas. The company operates multiple café and roastery locations across Fayetteville, Johnson, and Rogers, AR, and offers wholesale and private label services in addition to its retail business. Roasting on environmentally conscious Diedrich machines, Confident Coffee is committed to highlighting the unique characteristics of each bean, and the brand serves as a proud community sponsor in the Fayetteville area.
