Red Light Roastery

Red Light Roastery is Hot Springs’ first small-batch, specialty coffee roastery, founded by owners Adam and Briana Moore in 2014 and roasting fresh weekly on Historic Park Avenue. In February 2025, the coffee house relocated to a new, larger space at 873 Park Avenue, where patrons can observe the roasting process and the shop has expanded its capacity to host community events. In addition to locally roasted whole-bean coffee and espresso drinks, the roastery features a handmade art and craft gallery, and customers have a tradition of donating to a different local charity each month.
