Founded in 2019 by childhood friends Fidel Samour and Jorge Raul Rivera, Fidel & Co Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery and café located in the East Village neighborhood of Little Rock, Arkansas, with a second location in Downtown Little Rock. The company sources all of its coffee directly from Finca Santa Rosa, Raul’s farm in the Chalatenango Mountains of El Salvador, ensuring traceability and fair compensation for farmers, pickers, and mill workers. In addition to expertly roasted coffee, Fidel & Co serves a scratch-made food program featuring locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the founders’ commitment to quality and community at every level of the supply chain.
