The Coffee Coop – Little Rock

Founded in 2022 by owners Shela and Mike Morton, The Coffee Coop is a family-owned craft coffee shop that began as a food truck at the Little Rock Air Force Base before opening its brick-and-mortar location on November 3, 2025, inside the Little Rock Technology Park at 417 Main St in downtown Little Rock, AR. The shop offers handcrafted espresso drinks, locally roasted coffee, teas, lemonades, and a rotating selection of pastries and light bites sourced from Arkansas-based bakers and suppliers. Designed to serve as a gathering place for entrepreneurs, students, and professionals, The Coffee Coop also operates a mobile trailer available for private events, reinforcing its commitment to community connection and collaboration.
