Monderosa Coffee Company

Founded in 2017 by Joshua and Dawna Monroe, Monderosa Coffee Company is a small-batch coffee roastery located at 613 Hadfield Road in North Little Rock, Arkansas, that started as a backyard passion project and opened its first brick-and-mortar roasting facility in 2023. The company sets itself apart by offering both traditional drum-roasted and air-roasted coffees — the latter delivering a full-bodied flavor with reduced acidity — sourcing beans from regions including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and beyond, with a commitment to fair pay for the farmers who grow them.
