Confident Coffee Roasters is a woman-owned, purpose-driven specialty coffee roaster and café founded by Amber Deitrich, a Northwest Arkansas entrepreneur who honed her craft at the Academy of Coffee Excellence and Idaho’s Diedrich Roasters before launching the business to serve the region’s growing craft coffee scene. Located at 3939 S. Grand Ave., Suite D112 in Rogers, AR, the café roasts its own beans in-house, serves freshly made pastries daily, and transforms into a wine and beer bar in the evenings, with additional locations in Fayetteville and Johnson. Deitrich’s meticulous approach to roasting — including creating individual roast profiles for every coffee and refining them season to season — reflects the brand’s broader commitment to quality, community, and purpose-driven business.
