Con Azúcar Café Fresno

Con Azúcar Café Fresno is a Mexican-American café located at 4785 E. Cesar Chavez Boulevard in southeast Fresno, CA, situated inside the La Michoacana Plus ice cream parlor. Founded by owner Edgar Muñoz, the café was inspired by the original Con Azúcar Café concept born in San Jose, which fused Mexican cultural flavors with the American coffee industry. The Fresno location is known for its giant conchas, pan dulce, and oversized cups of coffee, and opened its doors in January 2025.
