Camino Coffee

Camino Coffee is a community-rooted specialty café located at 7300 Monterey Road in the historic Old Gilroy neighborhood, housed in a converted vintage gas station at Monterey and 7th Street. Billed as Gilroy’s first specialty coffee shop, it serves locally roasted beans from Bay Area roaster Proyecto Diaz, alongside teas and pastries. Founded on the belief that great coffee is a gateway to human connection, Camino Coffee is designed as a welcoming gathering space for neighbors, remote workers, friends, and families alike.
