Off the Rails, A Craft Coffeehouse is a cozy, community-minded coffee shop located at 33 County Road 68 in the heart of downtown Bailey, Colorado, owned and operated by Ben Goldsmith and Kyleigh Rossignol — two former Starbucks baristas who met in nearby Conifer and set out to create a welcoming “home away from home” for locals and visitors alike. The shop serves craft espresso drinks, rotating pastries, and light fare, and intentionally sources products from neighboring small businesses, including local bakeries and artisan syrup makers, while partnering with Wagon Coffee — a Denver-based, socially conscious roastery that employs women in addiction recovery. In addition to free Wi-Fi, a game room, books, and locally made crafts and historical memorabilia on display, Off the Rails is widely regarded as a beloved gathering spot along the Highway 285 corridor.
