Building Three Coffee

Founded in 2016, Building Three Coffee is a family-owned, veteran-run specialty coffee micro-roaster and café located in the historic Lincoln Center — a converted elementary school — at 2727 N. Cascade Ave., Suite 155, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The shop roasts its own beans in-house with a focus on highlighting natural sweetness and complex flavors, and has been recognized as the 2017 Best Roaster in Colorado Springs. Beyond the café, Building Three deepens its community roots by hosting cuppings and tastings, providing wholesale training for local businesses, and supplying its roasted coffee to a number of partner locations throughout the city.
