Caffeinated Cow

Caffeinated Cow is a family- and veteran-owned coffee and ice cream café located at 1791 S. 8th St., Unit G, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, established in 2018. The shop is committed to locally sourced ingredients, featuring coffee roasted in-house by Barista Espresso, fresh-churned ice cream delivered daily from Denver’s Lik’s Ice Cream, and breads and pastries baked by Colorado-proud local bakeries. Open seven days a week, Caffeinated Cow serves specialty espresso drinks, breakfast burritos, sandwiches made with Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, and a rotating menu of daily and weekly specials, all within a community-focused, family-friendly atmosphere.
