Coffee Sarap

Coffee Sarap is Denver’s first Filipino-inspired coffee shop, founded by two AAPI women with shared Filipino heritage and a mission to bridge cultures through food and drink. Located at 3460 Larimer Street in Denver’s RiNo District, the café serves signature ube and pandan lattes, specialty beverages, and pastries rooted in Filipino-American flavors. The shop is deeply community-focused, partnering with local small businesses — including Paborito, Cakeheads Bakery, and Talia’s Challahs — to shape its food menu and celebrate the makers that make Denver’s local scene thrive.
