Coffeegraph is Denver’s first Indonesian specialty coffee shop, opened in October 2024 by husband and wife Brenda and Troy Carlson in the West Highland neighborhood at 3800 Julian St. The family-run café sources Indonesian green coffee beans — roasted in partnership with First Crack Coffee — and crafts a rotating seasonal menu featuring housemade Indonesian-inspired syrups like coconut palm sugar and pandan, alongside signature drinks such as the Zen Tonic and Aren Fire Spice. Committed to sustainability and fair sourcing, Coffeegraph aspires to build direct relationships with Indonesian coffee farmers, and actively engages with Denver’s cultural community through themed menus that celebrate events like Lunar New Year and the broader AANHPI heritage.
