Dandy Lion Coffee Co. is an AAPI- and woman-owned craft coffee shop and boutique plant store located at 5225 E. 38th Ave. in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood, open daily from 8 AM to 3 PM. Founded by Duc Huynh — also known for Denver’s Vinh Xuong Bakery — and his wife Dominique, the shop originally operated inside Zeppelin Station before relocating to its current Park Hill home in September 2021, where it expanded to blend a café with a lush in-store greenhouse. The shop fuses Eastern and Western coffee culture, serving specialty drinks like Vietnamese iced coffee and lavender lattes alongside fresh pastries, and has earned Westword’s Best New Coffeehouse award for 2022, cementing its role as a beloved community gathering spot.
