Lost Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and roastery located at 1190 W. Littleton Blvd., Littleton, CO 80120, founded in 2010 as a food truck before expanding to multiple locations across the Denver metro area, including Castle Rock, Aurora, and Highlands Ranch. The Littleton location serves as the company’s small-batch roasting hub, sourcing beans directly from farmers who use sustainable farming practices, with every purchase supporting better wages for women, farm workers, and farmers. Lost Coffee is deeply community-minded, giving back to local nonprofits through fundraisers and priding itself on building personal connections with the neighbors and regulars it serves.
