Queen City Collective Coffee
About
Queen City Collective Coffee is a Denver-based coffee roastery and café collective founded by brothers Scott, Luke, and Eric Byington, built on the belief that coffee connects farmers to drinkers in one continuous story. The company operates multiple locations across the Denver metro area, including its Wheat Ridge café at 10051 W 26th Ave, situated in the Gold’s Marketplace shopping center across from Crown Hill Park. Beyond serving specialty coffee and light fare, Queen City invests in community through artist collaborations, local events, and a blockchain traceability project designed to share profits with coffee producers.
