Café Real is a Colombian coffee shop and roastery located at 156 School Street in Bristol, Connecticut, established in 2017 by owner Eduardo Garces, a third-generation member of a coffee-producing family with roots in Colombia. The café specializes in freshly roasted Colombian coffee, sustainable agriculture, and delivering an authentic Colombian coffee experience — from beans sourced from their own family farms to traditional drinks like tinto. A beloved fixture in the Bristol community, Café Real has been recognized as a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite across multiple Bristol neighborhoods for four consecutive years, and has since expanded to a second location at 785 Terryville Avenue.
