About

Coffee for Good is a nonprofit café located at 48 Maple Avenue in central Greenwich, CT, housed in the historic 1858 Mead House on the campus of Second Congregational Church. Founded by Greenwich resident Deb Rogan in partnership with local disability services organization Abilis, the café serves as both a public coffee shop and a workforce training platform for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping to address an unemployment rate exceeding 80% among Americans with disabilities. Voted Best Coffee Shop of the Gold Coast by Greenwich Magazine for multiple consecutive years, Coffee for Good offers espresso drinks, smoothies, fresh-baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwiches — all while creating meaningful careers in the community.
