Victus Coffee

Founded in 2015 by master coffee roaster José René Martínez of J.René Coffee Roasters, Victus Coffee is an artisanal specialty coffee shop and roaster located at 777 Main Street in downtown Hartford, CT, with a second location in Glastonbury. Inspired by a documentary about Team Rwanda Cycling, Martínez launched Victus Coffee with a mission to give back through coffee, pledging a portion of proceeds from every bag sold to causes that promote wellness, advocacy, and empowerment — both locally and globally. In addition to expertly crafted espresso beverages and single-origin selections, the café also offers baked goods and grab-and-go items, making it a community-rooted destination in the heart of Hartford.
