Silk City Coffee

Silk City Coffee is Manchester, Connecticut’s first independently owned specialty coffee shop, roastery, and bakery, located at 763 Main Street and open Monday through Saturday. They serve freshly brewed coffee, espresso drinks, tea, pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods — all made in-house — and have been recognized as one of the World’s 100 Best Coffee Shops in 2025. Deeply rooted in community, Silk City Coffee runs a monthly “Give Back” program, donating a portion of proceeds from their signature cookie to a local nonprofit, while also supporting local organizations through donations, fundraiser contributions, and social media promotion.
