AM Coffee & Co. is a locally owned coffee shop located at 220 Main Street South in Southbury, CT, founded by Amanda Eng — who grew her passion for coffee through a pop-up business called Kash & Liv Coffee Creations — and her business partner Meghan Jefts, who opened the brick-and-mortar shop together just before the 2024 holiday season. The shop specializes in handcrafted brews made with locally sourced beans, house-made syrups, and fresh-baked bagels and pastries sourced daily from local partners including Bagelman, with a strong emphasis on community collaboration and welcoming atmosphere.
