Fable

Fable is an immersive café and gift shop located at 96 Center Street in Southington, Connecticut, founded in 2021 and owned by Christina Parziole. The independently run LLC operates as a fantasy-themed tea house and artisan gift shop by day — offering loose-leaf teas, coffee, herbal products, handcrafted goods, antiques, and books — and transforms into a speakeasy cocktail lounge called The Underworld by night. Fable is deeply woven into the local community through its ongoing workshops, live events, and monthly “Sip + Create” series that spotlights local makers and artists.
