The shop sources specialty-grade, single-origin beans from Central America, South America, and Africa, roasting them fresh and prioritizing direct-trade relationships to support small farms. With a punk rock/skater aesthetic and a rotating menu of creative seasonal drinks, Perkatory has grown to multiple locations across Connecticut while staying rooted in its mission to foster community connections one cup at a time.
