Cafeneo

Cafeneo is Delaware’s first authentic Greek gourmet café and bakery, located at 139 S. Main Street in Newark, DE, offering a wide variety of Greek coffee beverages, handmade pastries, and breakfast and lunch options. The business is rooted in family history tracing back to the island of Kos, Greece, with founder Tony Fessaras carrying on a dream sparked by his grandfather, Antonios Fessaras, who arrived in Delaware in 1970 with a vision of bringing people together over handcrafted food and coffee. Established in 2023, Cafeneo also supports its local community by offering special discounts for University of Delaware and Newark Charter School students.
