Little Goat Coffee Roasting Co. is an independent specialty coffee roaster and café founded in 2016 by Olivia Brinton and Joe Lins, located at 16 Haines Street in Newark, Delaware. The business began by selling freshly roasted coffee at local farmer’s markets before opening its brick-and-mortar café in a 1940s building near Main Street, where beans are roasted daily in small batches sourced from specialty coffee importer Royal Coffee New York. In addition to its café offerings — including espresso drinks, seasonal beverages, and baked goods — the company serves a growing roster of wholesale clients across the Delaware region.
