D.O.D. Coffee Roastery is a family-owned artisan coffee shop and roastery located at 12543 Ulmerton Road in Largo, Florida, founded in 2023 by father-and-son duo Jon and Cody Whiteside, who bring over 35 years of combined coffee industry experience to every roast. The shop sources specialty single-origin beans from regions including Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico, and Brazil, roasting them on-site and serving a full menu of espresso drinks, nitro cold brew, smoothies, paninis, breakfast bagels, and homemade pastries. D.O.D. — short for Day of the Dead — is proudly independent and community-focused, offering discounts to veterans, active military, seniors, and first responders, while aiming to educate the local community on the craft and science of quality coffee.
