Rosso Coffee Bar is an independent specialty coffee roaster and café located at 840 E State Road 434 in Longwood, FL, founded in 2018 by owner Karen Blankenzee, a certified professional coffee taster who trained in Korea before bringing her expertise back to Central Florida. The café sources its beans directly from the La Prudencia Coffee Estate in El Salvador and serves a menu of handcrafted espresso drinks, lattes, pastries, bagels, and light bites in a cozy indoor-outdoor setting. Known for its warm, community-centered hospitality, Rosso has built a loyal neighborhood following with Karen personally connecting with regulars and embodying the café’s core mission of quality, authenticity, and community connection.
