Anaya Coffee is a family-owned coffee shop and roastery established in 2013, located at 1414 Highland Ave in Melbourne, Florida’s Eau Gallie Arts District. The shop is known for its handcrafted espresso drinks, housemade syrups, scratch-kitchen baked goods, and light brunch fare — as well as being home to Brevard County’s first cold brew on tap. Committed to quality and sustainability, Anaya sources fair trade and organic beans roasted fresh in-house through Anaya Coffee Roasters, reflecting their dedication to both craft and community.
