Alkimia Coffee House & Roaster LLC is an owner-operated specialty coffee shop and roastery founded by Alejandro Colon and Pedro Marzan, incorporated in Florida in November 2021 and located at 3148 SW 148th Place Rd in the Marion Oaks community of Ocala, FL 34473. The business roasts all of its coffee in-house using an artisanal process, sourcing beans from regions such as Brazil and Colombia, and serves a menu of specialty espresso drinks, lattes, and freshly made pastries.
