Palma Coffee

Palma Coffee is an independently owned, minority-owned, and women-owned specialty coffee company located at 7362 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Florida, founded by Manuel Montenegro and Amanda Govic with a mission to build community both locally and at origin. The shop sources coffee directly from producers and exporters around the world, fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships, and operates as a small-batch roaster and neighborhood café serving single-origin espresso, V60 pour-overs, Kyoto cold brew, seasonal drinks, natural wines, and vinyl records. Open Wednesday through Sunday, Palma Coffee has quickly earned a loyal following in South Sarasota for its warm, hospitality-driven atmosphere and commitment to quality.
