Paradeco Coffee Roasters is an independently owned specialty coffee roastery and café located at 111 2nd Avenue NE, Suite 101, in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg, Florida, just steps from the St. Pete Pier. Founded by husband-and-wife team Tom and Sonya, the shop was inspired by a love of art deco design and the spirit of St. Pete, blending the two into the name “Paradeco” — a nod to their art deco paradise. The roastery roasts all specialty beans in-house on a zero-emission Bellwether Roaster, sources ethically certified coffees carrying Direct Trade, Fair Trade Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and Bird Friendly designations, and pairs its beverage menu with a scratch kitchen offering gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free food options — with a second location now open inside SkyBeach Resort.
