Meadowlark Coffee is a husband-and-wife-owned specialty coffee shop founded by JP and Sommer McKenzie, which opened on October 28, 2022, at 109 Bradford Street NE in downtown Gainesville, Georgia, just steps from the historic town square. The cozy 437-square-foot shop serves specialty coffee, tea, and pastries, and distinguishes itself by rotating offerings from a diverse roster of domestic and international roasters. Inspired by a mission to bring third-wave specialty coffee to an underserved community, the McKenzies have cultivated a warm, neighborhood gathering place known for its welcoming atmosphere and loyal local following.
