Lazy Labrador Coffee House

Lazy Labrador Coffee House is an award-winning independent coffee shop located at 2886 Cherokee Street NW in the historic entertainment district of downtown Kennesaw, Georgia, founded by husband-and-wife team Bob and Susan Milani after retiring in 2020. The shop is housed in a restored Queen Anne-style building originally constructed in 1909 — a contributing property to Kennesaw’s Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places — which underwent a 20-month renovation recognized by the Cobb Landmarks & Historical Society for its outstanding contribution to heritage preservation. Serving craft coffees, specialty lattes, teas, smoothies, and baked goods, the Lazy Lab was created with a mission to serve as a true community gathering place, complete with a wrap-around porch, working fireplace, and a fenced dog-friendly outdoor area.
