Mzizi Coffee Roaster is a Black-owned, independent coffee shop and micro-roastery located at 2995 Johnson Ferry Road NE, Suite 220, in the East Cobb area of Marietta, Georgia, founded around January 2020. Owned and operated by Hassane, the shop specializes in single-origin Ethiopian coffees roasted in-house, with “Mzizi” meaning “root of a plan.” The café offers espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, pastries, and quick bites in a welcoming neighborhood setting known for its warm atmosphere and locally roasted beans.
