Morning Grind

Morning Grind is a locally owned espresso bar and coffee shop that opened in downtown Milledgeville, Georgia in October 2022, located at 451 West Montgomery Street. Owned by Bridgette and Jared Smith, the shop serves espresso drinks, cold brew, hot coffee, and fresh-baked goods like cinnamon rolls and brownies, with options for dine-in, takeout, and outdoor seating. In 2023, Morning Grind expanded its community presence by launching a coffee truck in partnership with the Life Enrichment Center, a local nonprofit supporting adults with intellectual disabilities, and also operates a second location in Monticello, GA.
