Gilly Brew Bar

Gilly Brew Bar is an independent brew bar located inside The Mayor’s House — a Civil War-era building originally built in 1834 — at 5329 Mimosa Drive in Stone Mountain, GA. Founded by Daniel Brown and named after his grandfather Gilbert, Gilly is rooted in a mission to reimagine coffee culture and cultivate community connection, offering inventive, seasonally rotating beverages known as elixirs alongside coffee, tea, and light bites. Brown and his wife chose to live and invest in the Stone Mountain community, making Gilly a deliberate force for cultural diversity and neighborhood revitalization in a city with a complex history.
