White Nene Coffee Roasters is a specialty micro-roastery and coffee trailer founded in 2020 by Mark Kove — a Holualoa native, 2023 Hawaii Roasting Champion, and U.S. Roasting Competition finalist — located at 76-5905 Mamalahoa Hwy in Holualoa, HI. The business sources beans exclusively from local Kona, Hāmākua, and Ka’ū growers, offering small-batch roasted coffees, signature specialty lattes, and espresso catering services across Hawaiʻi Island. Driven by a mission to elevate Hawaiian coffee culture and build direct relationships with local producers, White Nene also distributes wholesale coffee to partners across Maui and Oʻahu.
